What are the steps to make an appointment?
Let me know if you're ready to schedule your session, and then we'll find a suitable date for it. The date will be held for 24 hours until you make the retainer fee payment and confirm the appointment. Before your session we are going to have a Design Consultation Call included to ensure all your thoughts are well captured.
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
Feel free to message for any inquery.
What hapens after my session?
You'll have the opportunity to select your final images at the studio immediately following your session (if in studio). If you prefer you can come back within two days to make the selection.
Can I receive digital copies of all the photos taken?
Every photo that you choose is retouched very carefully so you would have the best of the session, that is why I don't provide or sale any unedited photos.
What happens if I miss my session?
Retainer fee is non-refundable, but you can reschedule your date within the next 6 months, if you have canceled at least 5 days in advance or if it's due to verifiable medical reasons. For smash the cake sessions, or any perishable items, a fee must apply.
